Summit Reflects
Summit Lake is a magical place that feels otherworldly. The road is pretty narrow and this view can only be glimpsed as you drive by. I always get nervous driving this close to water, worried I'm going to slip off the road and end up in the lake. It's a very real fear I face every time I get near water, yet I love to swim.
I love the water and I think I might get a merfolk tail and learn to swim with a monofin if I was healthy again. I would want to swim in this lake. Even if the mountains looking over me feels like a threat. This is one of my last pieces signed NRN and I made it reflect like the trees. This was terribly fun to paint! I let lots of gold show and kept my marks nice and relaxed!
